PRIDE Meeting Minutes
December 2 , 2008 Meeting

Members Present: Warren Martens, Ron Dennis, Barb Brasher, Buck Sine, Carroll Cumberledge and Judy Cumberledge
The meeting was called to order by Barb Brasher at 6:30 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church.
The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted by Rose Snyder and attached to the minutes. Balance as of 12/2/08 is $15,418.85.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Trail – Discussion of the metal post being replaced at the bridge to prevent motorized vehicles was held. No one had information on the progress.
- I-68/Cell Tower – Warren reported that the Wetstone cell tower foundation is in place, the tower design is completed and construction is to begin in January.
OLD BUSINESS:
- The intent forms for the grants will be submitted by December 15. There is hope that an estimate for the sealing of the trail can be included in the application.
- The fencing for the Burton Park was discussed and Barb said the nativity would be placed there soon.
NEW BUSINESS:
- None

The next meeting will be held on January 6, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church. It will be a New Year’s covered dish dinner.
